Online Advance Registration Process

A program for online membership registrations, which is self-operative, wherein the user will have to fill in the details about themselves which will be added in the database maintained online. A registration number will also be provided to the registrant which will be self generated. An auto responder will also be generated and sent to the registrant at his mail ID. The administrator will also be given facility to view the details about the registrant through self operative CONTROL PANEL. The said module will have the following features :

We have also created a feature for online paper submission with attachment facility, which is self-operative, wherein the user have to fill in the details about the papers he is submitting which will be sent to the administrator’s mail ID. A Paper Code No. will also be provided to the paper which will be self generated. An auto responder will also be generated and sent to the registrant at his mail ID. The administrator will also be given facility to view the details about the registrant through self operative CONTROL PANEL.

Online generation of Identity Card / Invitation Letter for Visa Purpose

We have also created a feature for online membership registrations, which is also self-operative, wherein the user will get a unique Registration No. and can generate the Identity Card / Invitation Letter online which can be produced at the time of conference.

The administrator will also be given facility to view the details about the registrant who has generated the Online Identity Card / Invitation Letter through self operative CONTROL PANEL.
